Can I change plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is there a lock-in contract or cancellation fee?

No. AerQio is month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT (e.g. 21% IVA in Spain) will be calculated at the time of payment and shown clearly on your invoice.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

When does billing start?

Billing starts immediately when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle with no extra charge.

How many users can I add?

There is no user limit on any plan. Add as many administrators, managers and agents as your agency needs — at no extra cost.
